Cationic fat liquor with high electrolyte stability and light fastness. As a lubricant in chrome tanning for rapid and uniform through tannage. As a top fat liquor, it improves handle, feel and lustre on suedes. Also used as a feel modifier in finishing for nice waxy feel.
Marine Oil
STALSOFT OIL
STALSOFT OIL is an anionic multipurpose fat liquor based on bisulphite marine oil. It can produce leathers of high tensile strength and good inherent softness. Leathers produced with this product are very soft, supple and with a full handle and exhibit improved tensile strength. It has a very high dispersing effect & can be used in re-chroming. It can be used for all types of leather.
Semi Synthetic
STALSOFT EF
STALSOFT EF is a special semi-synthetic fat liquoring agent for leathers where the economy is needed. This product is ideally suitable for uppers, linings, industrial gloves & other leather articles. The fat liquor gives excellent emulsion with moderate light fastness. STALSOFT Oil EF provides exquisite softness to leather with roundness. The leather treated with this fat liquor is soft, round, flat & having a dry feel. It is recommended in main fat liquoring suitable for all types of leathers.
Soya Lecithin Base
STALSOFT SL
STALSOFT SL is a specially formulated leather fat liquor, which can be used for all types of softer leathers. It imparts excellent uniform softness and a smooth handle to the leather. It makes the leather fluffy with a silky feel and does not load in weight of the leather. A higher quantity of this product does not make the leather surface greasy. It can be used in combination with other STALSOFT Fat liquors. STALSOFT SL is especially recommended for soft uppers, garments, upholstery, and shoe nappa. It facilitates in penetration of other tannins, dyes and fat liquors when it is used during pre-fat liquoring. It improves the depth of the shade.
Sulpho-Chlorinated Paraffin Base
STALSOFT SA
STALSOFT SA is a sulpho-chlorinated hydrocarbon base fat liquor suitable for all types of leather. It is lightfast; highly stable fat liquor can be used as a component in multi-charge fat liquor. It is stable to acids at average concentrations & can be used in re-chroming. It produces soft, supple leathers with fullness 7 compatible with all anionic auxiliaries.
Ester Based
STALSOFT UFS
STALSOFT UFS is a special fatliquor to be used as substitute of sperm oil. It gives excellent temper especially in case of upper leathers. The fat liquor gives very fine emulsion & provides excellent light fastness. Stalbind Oil UFS is specially recommended in case of leather, which require high degree of softness & without looseness. It is also recommended for softer leathers.
Synthetic Fat Liquor
STALSOFT SF
STALSOFT SF is anionic synthetic lubricating preparation that produces high-quality soft leather with a good waxy surface feel and imparts good grain elasticity. It is to be used high-quality leathers like garments, nubuck, suedes & shoe-upper leathers. It produced uniform softness & most suitable for white & pastel shades. It imparts an excellent handle & waxy feel. It is highly penetrative due to its very fine stable emulsion. It can emulsify up to 40% of other raw oil of its own weight & compatible with all anionic auxiliaries.
Wool Grease Based
STALSOFT WL
STALSOFT WL is a lanolin-based fat liquor suitable for uppers softies & all types of leathers. It is to be emulsifiable in hot water to form a fine emulsion, which has very good stability. It imparts a waxy feel & slight water-repellent effect. Incorporation of STALSOFT Oil WL in a fat liquoring of upper leather prevents grain cracking in mainly winter season. It also can be used for water resistance shoe uppers. It is recommended to use 2-3% for all types of leather.
