STALBIND B-41

STALBIND BINDER B-41 is a special soft acrylic dispersion. It is compatible with all base coat ingredients easily & imparts soft, tough film having fairly good alcohol & alkali tolerance & good mechanical stability. It can be used for all types of articles from garments to shoe uppers. It imparts very well covering power & pleasant natural touch.

STALBIND B-42

STALBIND BINDER B-42 is a very fine acrylic resin dispersion made with advanced technology. It is a tack-free medium soft binder that produces a medium soft tough film. It has fine particle size, good coverage and is highly elastic in nature The adhesion of this film is excellent with the leather and it is suitable for all types of leather & Leather boards.

STALBIND P-17

STALBIND BINDER P-17 is a micro fine emulsion of acrylic copolymer designed for surface impregnation of leather. It imparts improved break, increased scuff resistance and higher cutting value. It offers the advantage of involving no hazardous solvent, requiring no special equipment and no unusual drying or curing cycles. It is to be applied either by hand swab or roller coater. It has a micro fine particle size, which makes it especially suitable for impregnating of vegetable re-tanned leather.

STALBIND P-18

STALBIND T-91

STALBIND BINDER T-91 is an aqueous acrylic dispersion, which forms a dry, hard glossy film. The outstanding characteristics of this binder make it useful in many finishing applications on various types of leather in base coats and topcoats. It resists discoloration from heat/humidity/light, and is great for a crackle finish and shoe dressings, and can be plated at high temperatures.

STALBIND P-1841

STALBIND LKC

STALBIND FINISH LKC is a high-quality micro fine soft finishing binder suitable for all types of leathers. It is a very soft binder and can be used with advantage in the finishing formulation without corporation any other binder. It is compatible with Stalbind range of binders. It can finish articles ranging from soft supple nappa, and clothing leather to durable shoe upper leather. It also can be used as compact binder.

STALBIND LT-76

STALBIND LT-76 is an emulsion polymer specifically designed for the surface impregnation of corrected grain leather to improve break. It has also proven successful in formulating upper finishes, especially where resistance to acetone and toluene is desired. It imparts a very fine break in impregnation with better scuff resistance & higher cutting value. It also improves the blister resistance to water. It imparts excellent lasting properties.

STALBIND P-826

STALBIND P-826 is a soft micro-fine dispersion suitable for full-grain and corrected-grain leathers. In base coats, it promotes superior adhesions to the finish. Stalbind P-826 can be used alone or as a modifier to soften harder polymer systems yielding increased extensibility and flexibility. Its micro-fine particle size facilitates its use as a soft binder for garments, nappas, softies & upper leathers with high elongation and does not alter the temper of the leather. It is particularly suitable for finishing sports goods leathers such as football leather as it gives good coverage with the glossy and elastic finish, which is non-tacky. It is light fastness in nature hence can be used in the finishing of white or pastel shades.

STALBIND P-863

STALBIND P-863 is a very fine, uniform particle-size acrylic resin dispersion having good penetration properties. It can be used in the formulation of base coats and colour coats and in surface impregnation of full and corrected grain leathers. STALBIND P-863's unique polymerization technology very fine uniform particle size, a soft, smooth handle with a natural look & improves adhesion. All types of articles ranging from garment nappa to shoe upper leathers can be finished with this binder. It has excellent cold crack resistance. Good penetration properties.

STALBIND S-31

STALBIND S-31 is a very soft uniform particle-size resin binder with good penetration properties. It forms a clear, colourless film, which is extremely soft and extensible. It does not crack on bent, has excellent flexibility, and high elongation and imparts a good temper to the leather. It is very soft & gives natural look with very strong adhesion properties, ensuring good anchorage to the finish & outstanding cold crack resistance It also has excellent compatibility with other binders and auxiliaries.

STALBIND 20

STALBIND SUPER MICRO BINDER 20 is a ultra fine particle size resin emulsion and essentially recommended for aniline and semi aniline finishes on leather It have fine particle size gives good adhesion, soft and stretchy, imparts natural look to the leathers. It is to be used for full grain leather finishing. Where natural character of the leather is fully retained, even on very soft types of leather like garment nappa, and gloving leathers.

STALBIND 100

STALBIND SUPER BINDER 100 (SB-100) is micro-fine acrylic resin dispersion having a good filling and covering properties. It can be universally used in the formulation of base coats and colour coats of full and corrected grain leather. It has fine particle size, is elastomeric in nature, has high wet and dry flex, excellent print retention, good plate release, excellent cold crack resistance, extraordinary filling and covering, soft gentle handle with a natural look, outstanding adhesion on full grain & corrected grain leather. It is suitable to finish all types of leather where high physical properties are required.

STALBIND VM-36

STALBIND VM-36 is very fine acrylic resin dispersion made with advanced technology. It is tack free medium soft binder produces medium soft tough film. It have fine particle size, good coverage and highly elastic in nature The adhesion of this film is excellent with the leather and it is suitable for all types of leathers & Leather boards.

STALBIND M-820

STALBIND Compact M-820 is an acrylic formulation capable of upgrade leathers. It is having advantage for finishing of crusts with grain defects, especially sheep goat and cow to achieve better results. Low-grade leathers finished with this product have permanent improved cutting value. Defects such as scratches. Bites are remarkably covered. It can also be used by blending with acrylic resin binders for normal resin finishing of a variety of leather .It gives excellent results in smooth finishing.

STALBIND P-3001

STALBIND Upgrade P-3001 is a unique proprietary blend mainly for the upgradation of all types of full grain and corrected grain leathers, and can be blended with all anionic finishing auxiliaries. It has an excellent filling, covering & embossing properties. It also can be used for all types of milled leathers for upgradation. Leathers finished with P-3001 have a better uniform look & excellent physical properties resulting in good up-gradation of finished leather, keeping the natural softness with elegant grain break. Stalbind Upgrade P-3001 has good adhesion & inter adhesion properties with almost no tackiness. It can be applied by roller coater, spray or by pad by adjusting the viscosity.

STALBIND MP

STALBIND Binder MP is non-thermoplastic protein binder with weakly alkaline in nature & compatible with all anionic products in base coat. It can be used in base coats for glaze & polish finishing gives uniform & bright luster. It can be fixed with formaldehyde. In base coat it reduced the tack of finish & helps in plate releasing.

STALBIND A-776

Impregnation and adhesion binder for full grain leathers. Improves also the penetration of other binders in corrected grain impregnation.

STALBIND MPU-15 is medium soft aliphatic specially formulated polyurethane dispersion having tough film gives extra ordinary dry & wet flexing endurance. It is lightfast & having high scuff resistance & other physical properties. These properties can be further improved by addition of suitable cross linker. It is polishable & having good sealing properties. It can be used for all types of leathers in combination with other binders for shoe uppers, softy uppers, and garments & milled Leathers.

STALBIND SPU-25

STALBIND SPU-25 is very soft aliphatic specially formulated polyurethane dispersion having soft film gives extra ordinary elongation properties. It is lightfast & having high scuff resistance & other physical properties. These properties can be further improved by addition of suitable cross linker. It is polishable & glazable when used with protein binders with good sealing properties. It can be used for all types of leathers in combination with other binders for shoe uppers, softy uppers, and garments & milled Leathers.
